1. Scope of Application
These Terms of Service govern the acquisition, download, and execution of the FAST4U ENGINE software suite, its accompanying Service Pack scripts, definitions, and connected API interfaces hosted under engine.fast4u.co.
2. Pre-Launch Beta Founder License Rights ($10 CAD)
The Pre-Launch Beta Founder offer is strictly capped at one thousand (1,000) lifetime reservations:
- Lifetime Access: Founder licenses granted under this program do not incur recurring subscription fees.
- Unlimited Endpoints: Authorized execution across personal, workstations, and laboratory machines registered under your primary account.
- Priority Updates: Perpetual access to universal Service Pack releases, telemetry immunizations, and heuristic security definition updates.
3. System Modification & Automated Optimization
FAST4U ENGINE operates at kernel, registry, and service layers to perform optimization, latency mitigation, S.M.A.R.T. validation, and bloatware extraction.
By executing the utility, you authorize the software to apply system tune-ups pursuant to official Fast4u standards. While the software includes safety snapshots and non-destructive rollbacks, the user maintains responsibility for preserving system restore checkpoints.
4. Proprietary Architecture & Reverse Engineering
FAST4U ENGINE, its cryptographic signing routines, HMAC verification algorithms, and immunization schemas are proprietary intellectual property of Groupe Fast4u Inc. Unauthorized commercial redistribution or repackaging is prohibited.
5. Applicable Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
