1. Foundational Principle: Zero External Telemetry
FAST4U ENGINE is fundamentally engineered on a privacy-first, sovereign architecture. Unlike conventional operating system utilities and modern commercial suites, FAST4U ENGINE does not collect, stream, or monetize user usage statistics, keystrokes, personal files, browsing histories, or application telemetry.
All system health inspections (S.M.A.R.T. disk analysis, memory optimization, background service management, registry sanitization) run strictly in-memory on your local machine.
2. Information Processed for Licensing & Activation
When you acquire or verify a FAST4U ENGINE Beta Founder license, the following minimal data points are processed:
- License Key: Unique alphanumeric identifier generated upon reservation.
- Cryptographic Device Footprint (HWID): A non-reversible one-way SHA-256 hash derived from base hardware components, used solely to enforce authorized seat counts without exposing device identifiers.
- Billing Contact (Optional): Client email and name provided strictly for receipt issuance and license recovery.
3. Host Vaccination & Security Definitions
FAST4U ENGINE incorporates local malware definition datasets and immunization host records (150,000+ domains). When updating definitions:
- Connection is established directly via TLS 1.3 to our dedicated infrastructure (engine.fast4u.co).
- Requests are stateless and do not include user identification tokens.
- Downloaded definitions are applied directly to local configuration files without transmitting local network topology.
4. Cookie Policy & Web Governance
On engine.fast4u.co, we only utilize essential session cookies (fast4u-engine-session, fast4u_lang and XSRF-TOKEN) necessary for cryptographic route defense and secure authentication inside the client portal. No third-party behavioral advertising cookies are deployed.
5. Quebec Law 25 & GDPR Compliance
Pursuant to Quebec Law 25 and international privacy regulations, you retain full rights to inspect, rectify, or purge any account credentials stored in our database. Requests may be submitted through the Client Portal or addressed directly to our compliance officers at contact@fast4u.ca.
